This highly detailed and rigorous class helps to deepen technique, enhancing core work, stabilizing back and neck musculature and releasing joint tension. Using soft balls and bands to target the deep intrinsic muscles of the torso, alignment is improved and back and neck strain and pain relieved. This is an excellent class for beginners, those with injuries and experienced practitioners that need technique renewal.
