1/ Mum & Baby Yoga & Massage
For Mum: gentle Pilates and Yoga moves tone and strengthen the body. Breathing exercises and supported poses relax, rejuvenate and release stress.
For Baby: massages to relax & increase co-ordination. Stroking & circular motions accompanied by songs and playful movements help to bond with mum.
Open to Mums with babies from 1 month to 1 year.

2/ Pelvic Floor toning for Mums and Senoirs.
More and more people are having problems with their pelvic floor including incontinence and sexual issues. This is happening more frequently and at younger ages. Using different sized balls and a variety of exercises, a successful home program can be developed to restore regular perlvic floor function.
